PANCARD Reprint / Reprint Of PANCARD / SECOND ORIGINAL PANCARD / LOST PANCARD / DUPLICATE PANCARD
Application and process for Reprint of Pancard, Lost Pancard, Duplicate Pancard and Second Original Pancard
is one and the same. There is no separate form for Pancard Reprint,
Duplicate Pancard, Lost Pancard and Second Original Pancard. A pancard
holder may get / keep more than one pancard of same number and second /
duplicate is always one and the same without marking the word
‘DUPLICATE’ and therefore, that is termed as ‘Second Original Pancard’
Pancard Application for Reprint Pancard and Correction Pancard, Duplicate Pancard, Lost Pancard and Second Original Pancard
is one and common and at the top of the application form, applicant has
just select the option ‘Reprint’ or ‘Correction ‘. Basic difference
between new pan card application and reprint pan card application is the
prescribed form. New application is filed in Form 49A / 49AA whereas
there separate un-numbered form is for Reprint Of Pancard.
If any one wants to apply for Pancard Reprint, Reprint of Pancard, Lost Pancard, Duplicate Pancard and Second Original Pancard online through a cheapest service of a private company, he / she may apply through www.panapply.in of Moon Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or directly through websites of NSDL or UTI. Before
applying for Reprint of pan card, applicant should have valid ID proof
for (1) Personal ID (2) Address Proof and (3) Proof Of Date Birth.
These three Id proofs may be fulfilled by single ID proof (Like Driving
License) or by more than one Proofs. However, following two things
should be kept in mind :-
1. Existing Pancard, it self is not the valid ID proof for purpose of Reprint of Pancard, Lost Pancard, Duplicate Pancard, Pancard Reprint and Second Original Pancard .
2. In any condition, Initials in the
first and last name will not be allowed even if initial was allowed in
existing pancard. And for in such cases, it will be matter of correction pancard.
3. Even in case of reprint, all the data should be fully supported and matched with new / present ID proofs.

In absence of all the three valid ID proofs, no application should be
made online or even offline, otherwise application shall be rejected.
In case of online application also, applicant has to send / submit full
or part of hard copy of application duly signed at 3 places and pasted
with 2 colored photos along with photocopies of ID proofs for 3
purposes to the service providers including NSDL or UTI. If you are
